Application procedure in the Bank's services is convenient, fast and does not require providing a lot of data. Some of the information is automatically filled into the correct fields. This makes it easier to complete the extensive form for the allowance. The benefit is intended for persons with disabilities who are at least 18 years old. The completed application is sent to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), which makes a decision on granting it. If ZUS approves the request, the money will be transferred directly to the client's account. Bank Millennium is one of the few on the market that offers this option in its banking system.

Customers have access to MilleAdministration around the clock. All you need to do is log in to your account in the mobile app or Millenet and select the appropriate tab from the menu. The solution saves time, customers do not have to send documents by post or visit the office in person. In addition to the support benefit, through Bank Millennium clients can apply for the Family 800+, Good Start 300+ benefit, RKO and nursery co-financing. They can also register a sole proprietorship.

Customers are eager to use the possibility of submitting official applications in the bank's services. Bank Millennium already processes 72% of cases electronically. In March, the bank was ranked second on the market among other entities in the sector in terms of the number of applications for the 800+ benefit approved by ZUS.
