Bank Millennium second in the Best Employers Poland 2024 ranking in the category "Banks and financial services"
Bank Millennium again came second on the ranking list of best employers in banking and financial services and 45th among all companies in the Best Employers Poland 2024 ranking prepared by Forbes Poland and Statista.
- I am pleased to receive another award for Bank Millennium as one of the best employers in the banking sector. This is a special distinction, because it is based on the opinions and recommendations of employees. Quality is a key value for the bank, not only in our relationship with customers, but also in relations with employees. We do everything to make everyone feel good and that together we create a company open to different points of view. People are the strength of our organisation – says Joao Bras Jorge, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Millennium
Poland's Best Employers 2024 is a list of 300 companies operating in Poland, whose achievements in the field of HR have been honoured with the title of the best employer. The assessment was based on the answers given in anonymous surveys by respondents – people currently professionally active in Poland. The questionnaire, available through online research panels and forbes.pl, allowed us to collect evaluations from over 20,000 employees in Poland.
This year, the assessment covered about 2,000 organisations providing jobs in Poland to at least 250 employees and operating in one or more industries out of 25 included in the ranking. Companies volunteered to participate in the survey to see how much they can take care of their own people. In the final ranking, 300 companies were awarded in 25 categories (25 industries).
About the methodology:
Two basic assessment criteria were used - direct recommendation, i.e. readiness to recommend one's own employer, and indirect recommendation, i.e. readiness to recommend other employers in the industry. They were complemented by employers' assessments on more than 40 individual aspects, which were derived from the following 7 areas: image and economic growth, employee relations and management, development and prospects, workload, sustainability, wages, working conditions and equipment. The results of Poland's Best Employers 2023 were also taken into account. The survey lasted from October 20 to November 30, 2023.
