Bank Millennium refreshes its advertising format

A new Bank Millennium TV campaign has been launched in a refreshed advertising format. The new spot promotes the Millennium 360° account with refunds for online purchases integrated in the app as well as multi-currency services.

In the latest advertising campaign of Bank Millennium, Radosław Kotarski, the brand ambassador for nearly ten years, is joined by a new character, an famous actor of the young generation – Maciej Musiał.

The introduction of a new character, in the person of Maciej Musiał, additionally enlivens the convention used, brings a breath of fresh air and spontaneity. Reliability, professionalism, security and trust combined with modern, dynamic approach and mobility, which characterise Bank Millennium, is a combination valued by our clients. The Kotarski – Musiał duo seems to be an ideal carrier of the bank's brand value – sums up Beata Krupińska, Director of the Marketing Communication Department at Bank Millennium.

In its current campaign, the bank promotes the Millennium 360° account. It is a customer needs-inspired, free-of-charge account. It is combined with a wide range of personalised services in the mobile superapp, favourable currency conversion services, one card to pay in multiple currencies and refunds for online purchases in nearly 800 online stores. A portion of the money spent is returned to the customer's account once the transaction is confirmed.

The application for opening the Millennium 360° account can be completed online, verifying identity, e.g. with a selfie taken in the mobile application or by logging into another bank. An account can be up and running in as little as 5 minutes from the time you submit your request with verification via selfie, or even in 15 minutes when verification is done by logging into account in another bank to confirm your identity. A high position in the "Newsweek's Friendly Bank" ranking may also be an incentive to use our services. In 2023, Bank Millennium took first places in both categories: "Remote Banking" and "Bank for Kowalski".

The new television commercial will be shown on national channels, selected thematic channels and on Bank Millennium’s channel on YouTubelink opens in a new window. The campaign will also be online. The TV campaign was created by Change Serviceplan. Media were bought by Starcom.
