Purchase of Bank Millennium S.A. shares by persons performing management responsibilities at the Bank

The Management Board of Bank Millennium ("the Bank") informs that on June 2, 2026, shares of the Bank were acquired by Members of the Management Board using funds provided by the Bank under the Incentive Program.

The Incentive Program was adopted by a resolution of the Bank’s Ordinary General Meeting held on March 27, 2025. Notifications are attached to this report.
