Purchase of Bank Millennium S.A. shares by person performing management responsibilities at the Bank

The Management Board of Bank Millennium ("the Bank") informs that on May 29, 2026, shares of the Bank were acquired by Member of the Management Board using funds provided by the Bank under the Incentive Program.

The Incentive Program was adopted by a resolution of the Bank’s Ordinary General Meeting held on March 27, 2025. Notification is attached to this report.
