Information on decreasing the share in the total number of votes in Bank Millennium S.A. by Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny managed by PTE PZU SA.

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. („Bank") informs that today it has received a notification from Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Zlota Jesien” managed by PTE PZU S.A. (“OFE PZU “Zlota Jesien”Fund") about decreasing its share in the total number of shares and votes in the Bank to below 5%.

The number of shares held by OFE PZU „Zlota Jesien" prior to the settlement of the sale transaction was 60 705 404, which constituted 5,0041% share in the Bank’s equity and 5,0038% share in the total number of votes in the Bank.

The number of shares held by OFE PZU „Zlota Jesien" after concluding and settlement of the transaction was 60 605 404, which constituted 4,9958% share in the Bank’s equity and 4,9956% share in the total number of votes at the Bank.
