Contents of resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Millennium S.A. on 30 March 2026

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. ("Bank") shall deliver, in attachment hereto, the text of the resolutions passed by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 30 March 2026 ("GM"). Along with the content of Resolution No. 37, the attachment to it is also being provided.

During the General Meeting, no objection was raised in the minutes.
