Admission to trading on the stock exchange in Luxembourg of Tier II subordinated notes at the total nominal value of EUR 500 million

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A., with regards to the current report no. 16/2026 dated 20 May 2026, hereby informs that on 27 May 2026 Tier II subordinated notes series 3, issued under the EMTN Programme, with a total nominal value of EUR 500mn (the “Notes”), were admitted to trading on a regulated market, on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Date of admission of the Notes to trading and the date of the first listing is: 27 May 2026. Number of Notes admitted to trading: 5,000 Notes.

Rating agency Moody's Investors Service Cyprus Ltd. assigned to the above-mentioned Notes rating of Ba1.
