Admission to trading on the stock exchange in Luxembourg of Additional Tier I eurobonds of the nominal value of PLN 1,500,000,000

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A., with regards to the current report no. 2/2026 dated 16 January 2026, hereby informs that on 22 January 2026 Additional Tier I eurobonds, with a total nominal value of PLN 1,500,000,000 (“notes”), were admitted to trading on a regulated market, on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The notes were not assigned a series designation.

Date of admission of the notes to trading and the date of the first listing is: 22 January 2026. Number of notes admitted to trading: 1,500 notes.

Rating agency Moody’s assigned to the above-mentioned notes rating of Ba3 (hyb).
