    It defines and implements models for estimating and monitoring the Bank's risk level.

  • Projects, processes and quality

    It deals with the implementation of optimization and development projects at the Bank.

Who are we looking for?

  • Reporting and Analysis Specialist in the Risk Department

    Specialists from the Risk Department are responsible for measuring and monitoring exposure to market and liquidity risk. In addition to creating periodic reports, they also develop analytical tools to automate and optimize the calculation process in the area of risk.

  • Credit Analyst for Small Business Products

    Analysts from the Department of Retail Credit Decisions are responsible for the full credit analysis of the applications of small business customers who achieve revenues of up to 8 million PLN. Every day, a team of analysts assesses Clients' credit risk, their creditworthiness and makes credit decisions.

  • Product Manager for Banking Products and Additional Services

    Specialists from the Retail Banking Marketing Department are developing the offer of current accounts and value-added services for micro-enterprises and individual Clients. They run projects and cooperate with both internal and external Clients. They are responsible, among others for competition analysis and product price management.

    During the meeting, we may additionally ask you to perform a task or test to check your knowledge and competence.

    We will contact each person involved in the recruitment process by phone or send an e-mail and inform about the recruitment result.

After successfully passing the recruitment process, we will present the proposed terms of employment to selected candidates.

At this stage, you will receive information about the proposed salary, additional financial and non-financial components and the relevant provisions of our remuneration and bonus policies. If you accept the proposed terms, we'll begin the process to prepare you for implementation.
