- Our tasks. We provide phone, e-mail and chat support - we help our Clients in achieving their financial goals and in everyday banking.
- Various areas. We operate within several dozen specialist teams, such as: onboarding, technical support and execution of Clients' transactions as well as sales and maintenance of banking products.
- Competencies. We communicate in Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian, thanks to that we provide our Clients with comfort they need to use our services.
- Number of employees. Customer service in Bank Millennium is supervised by over 500 employees at the headquarters in Warsaw and about 200 in Wrocław.
