Who are we looking for?

  • Customer Consultant

    A Customer Consultant is responsible for providing comprehensive customer service in the branch – from the sale of banking products, through the execution of cash and non-cash transactions to the promotion of digital banking solutions. Actively supporting customers in switching to convenient, modern banking solutions and taking care of their comfort in the digital world. In daily work, the Consultant focuses on the highest quality of service, effective communication, teamwork – because relationships are as important to us as results.

  • Banking Products Sales Specialist

    A Banking Products Sales Specialist works at a bank point of sale in a shopping mall. Actively reaches out to customers and promotes banking products. In daily work, the Specialist focuses on attaining sales targets, conversations with customers, taking care of matching the offer to their needs and developing own competencies. This is an ideal role for proactive people with initiative, who value direct contact with people and want to gain experience in banking.

    We will contact each person involved in the recruitment process by phone or send an e-mail and inform about the recruitment result.

The recruitment process can be modified depending on the position. We have introduced a knowledge test for selected positions, which gives candidates an opportunity to present their skills and knowledge of banking issues.

After successfully passing the recruitment process, we make a job offer to selected candidates. If you accept, we'll begin the process to prepare you for implementation. We will also provide you with an onboarding app. Thanks to it - even before starting work - you will get acquainted with the formalities and learn more about our organisation.
