  • Our tasks. We provide phone, e-mail and chat support - we help our Clients in achieving their financial goals and in everyday banking.
  • Various areas. We operate within several dozen specialist teams, such as: onboarding, technical support and execution of Clients' transactions as well as sales and maintenance of banking products.
  • Competencies. We communicate in Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian, thanks to that we provide our Clients with comfort they need to use our services.
  • Number of employees. Customer service in Bank Millennium is supervised by over 500 employees at the headquarters in Warsaw and about 200 in Wrocław.

Who are we looking for?

  • Consultant for Telephone Customer Service

    • helping Clients in everyday banking, e.g. by activating services, restricting cards, providing information on products
    • sale of products tailored to the needs of Clients
    • building long-term relationships with Clients based on trust and professional knowledge

  • Consultant for Telephone Sales

    • telephone sales and support in the selection of products and services
    • building long-term relationships with Clients based on trust and professional knowledge
    • implementation of monthly quantitative and qualitative plans

  • Consultant for Handling Electronic Correspondence

    • handling e-mails and chats about the Bank's products and services
    • building long-term relationships with Clients based on trust and professional knowledge
    • help and understanding of Clients' needs

    We will call you to get to know you better. In case of a positive result of the preliminary conversation we will invite you to a meeting in our headquarters.

    Remote meeting

    At the meeting, we will discuss your expectations and your job. You will also receive a practical task to do, which will show you how banking work looks like.

    Feedback

    We will contact each person involved in the recruitment process by phone or send an e-mail and inform about the recruitment result.

After successfully passing the recruitment process, we will present the proposed terms of employment to selected candidates.

At this stage, you will receive information about the proposed salary, additional financial and non-financial components and the relevant provisions of our remuneration and bonus policies. If you accept the proposed terms, we'll begin the process to prepare you for implementation.
