Further to the current report No 19/2023 dated June 12, 2023, the Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. (‘Bank’) announces that it received a letter from the Banking Guarantee Fund (‘BFG’) regarding BFG Management Board’s resolution (‘Resolution’) on the repeal of the prohibition on distribution by the Bank of profits in excess of the maximum distributable amount related to the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (M-MDA).

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. (‘the Bank’) informs that the estimated level of 3rd quarter 2023 provisions for legal risk connected with FX mortgage loans originated by the Bank amounts to PLN 673 million. Additionally, PLN 71 million worth of provisions are estimated to be created against legal risk related to the loan book originated by former Euro Bank S.A. without a bottom line impact.

The Bank Millennium S.A.’s Management Board, with regards to the current report no. 30/2023 dated 25 September 2023, hereby informs that on 27 September 2023 4-year senior non-preferred notes series 1, tranche 2, issued under the EMTN Programme, with a total nominal value of EUR 100mn (‘notes’), were admitted to trading on a regulated market, on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The Bank Millennium S.A. („Bank”) Management Board, hereby, informs that on 20 September 2023 it concluded subscription for 4-year senior non-preferred notes of the total nominal value of EUR 100 million.

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. ("the Bank") hereby announces that on 20 of September the Bank received a decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on the consent for recognition of a stand-alone net profit for period from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023 in the amount of PLN 338 646 569 as a part of the Bank's Common Equity Tier 1 capital as well as a decision on the consent for recognition of consolidated net profit for period from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023 in the amount of PLN 357 917 521 as a part of the Bank's Common Equity Tier I capital on a consolidated level.

The Bank Millennium S.A.’s Management Board, with regards to the current report no. 27/2023 dated 11 September 2023, hereby informs that on 18 September 2023 4-year non-preferred senior notes series 1 issued under the EMTN Programme, with a total nominal value of EUR 400mn (‘notes’), were admitted to trading on a regulated market, on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The Bank Millennium S.A. („Bank”) Management Board, hereby, informs that on 11 September 2023 it concluded subscription for 4-year senior non-preferred notes of the total nominal value of EUR 400 million, exceeding 10% of the Bank Millennium Group's equity capitals.

In execution of the Decision of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission [at present the Polish Financial Supervision Authority], of 3.01.2001, amended with decisions dated 22.05.2001 and 13.01.2004, on granting approval to transfer outside the regulated market 87,594 common bearer shares of Bank Millennium S.A. [Bank], obliging the Bank to disclose by announcement in the form of current reports, two times a year i.e. by 31.01 and 31.07, the terms and conditions of the transaction to swap shares of the former BIG BANK S.A. [previously: Łódzki Bank Rozwoju S.A.] into shares of the Bank [previously: BIG Bank GDAŃSKI S.A.], in connection with the merger of both banks on 5.01.2001, in the half of the year preceding the announcement, The Management Board of the Bank informs that during the period from 1.01.2023 to 30.06.2023 no transfer of Bank's bearers shares took place outside the regulated market onto the shareholders of the former BIG BANK S.A., in exchange for shares of the former BIG BANK S.A.
