The financing in the form of leasing or rental is provided by Millennium Leasing sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Millennium Leasing”), which is part of the Bank Millennium S.A. Group. The final terms and conditions of the leasing or rental are specified in the agreement concluded between Millennium Leasing and the client. Entering into the leasing or rental agreement depends on the free decision of both parties. The “Leasing z Nagrodą 3000 zł” (Leasing with a PLN 3000 reward) promotion is organised by Millennium Leasing (“Organiser”) sp. z o.o. Detailed terms and conditions of the promotion are specified in the Regulations available at Millennium Leasing branches and on the www.millennium-leasing.pl website. The promotion is addressed to entrepreneurs within the meaning of the Entrepreneurs’ Law Act who conclude two leasing agreements with Millennium Leasing in the periods indicated in the Regulations: the first in the Base Period (from the date of announcement of the promotion until 31.12.2026) and the second in the Additional Period (until 31.12.2026). The Participant who meets all the conditions of the Regulations will receive a one-time reward in the form of a Prepaid Card topped up with PLN 3000 gross. The funds on the card can be used until 30.06.2027; after this date, the unused amount shall be returned to the Organiser. The condition for receiving the reward is, among others: concluding two leasing agreements concerning vehicles with a net value of at least PLN 100,000 (or EUR 23,000 net) with Millennium Leasing, submitting an application for GAP ML insurance and concluding a GAP ML MAX agreement, expressing marketing consents for the Organiser and accepting the Regulations. The Participant may not have due and unpaid arrears towards the Organiser until the date of granting the reward. The reward will be granted within 30 days of the end of the month in which the second lease agreement was concluded. The Organiser will inform to the e-mail address provided in the leasing application about the granting and method of delivering the card. A participant can receive the reward only once. Employees and associates of the Organiser and their relatives, as well as entities related by capital or personal relationships, among others are excluded from participation in the promotion. The promotion does not include agreements concluded on non-standard, individually negotiated margin terms. Complaints regarding the promotion may be submitted by phone, in writing or electronically to the addresses indicated in the Regulations. The deadlines for their consideration are specified in the Regulations. The reward received constitutes income from business activity and is subject to taxation by the Participant in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Acts. The controller of the participants’ personal data is Millennium Leasing sp. z o.o., and detailed information on data processing is available in the Organiser’s documentation.
