The insurance is offered in cooperation with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa S.A. The insurance agreement is concluded by the Client with the Insurer through Bank Millennium S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Stanisława Żaryna 2A, acting as an insurance agent. Bank Millennium S.A., acting as an insurance agent, has appropriate powers of attorney issued by the Insurer to perform agency activities on its behalf, and the employees through whom it performs agency activities have appropriate authorisations issued by the agent in this regard. Bank Millennium S.A. as an insurance agent is entered in the Register of Insurance Agents under the number RA 11162860/A (https://rpu.knf.gov.pl/) and performs agency activities for several insurers.
