Update the browserWe have completed the employee volunteering programme of the Bank Millennium Foundation. During the Our People'25 programme, volunteers-employees of the Bank Millennium Group implemented a record number of 54 projects to help local communities. Education, environment, support for seniors, animal care, as well as digital and health safety are the areas in which our volunteers have been involved and provided help.
The sports and charity campaign Our People'25 was once again a success – almost 1800 employees of the Bank Millennium Group took part in this year's sports challenge. Thanks to their involvement, the Bank donated PLN 250 thousand to the Foundation for the implementation and promotion of employee volunteering. Such a large number of participants made volunteering extremely popular this year, and the variety of submitted initiatives was record-breaking.

In 2025, The jury selected for implementation 54 projects throughout Poland. The initiatives responded to local needs and promoted social, educational and ecological values. Volunteers of the Bank Millennium Foundation have been involved in projects including: Education and development – workshops for children, youth and seniors, integration and educational projects on environmental and financial topics; Ecology and environment – cleaning green areas, installing benches and rubbish bins, creating green corners and modernization of nature facilities; Helping those in need – support for hospices, nursing homes, foster families and people with disabilities; Animal care – activities for shelters, donations and improvement of animal living conditions, and Safety and health – first aid training, purchase of AED equipment, as well as workshops on healthy lifestyle.
Each of the projects is a real change – improving the quality of life, education, social integration, care for the environment and animals. Thanks to the involvement of our volunteers and the support of the Our People'25 programme, local communities have gained new opportunities for development and support.
