About Qlips invoices and bills

Qlips invoices and bills service is a faster way to pay your monthly bills for electricity, water, phone or internet.

Now you can receive and store your bills in one place - directly in your internet banking and mobile app. You can pay bills conveniently with just a few clicks, without having to enter data yourself, or set automatic payments that will always be made on time. It's even easier than standing order or direct debit.

Qlips invoices and bills service is a joint initiative of the largest banks in Poland operating by The Polish Bank Association (ZBP). The service is an agreement between payers and service providers, where the National Clearing House (KIR S.A.) acts as an agent. The bills and information on payments due are thus provided by billers themselves.

What you gain

  • Who can use Qlips invoices and bills?

    Every Bank Millennium Client who has PESEL number, holds a current account, and has access to Millenet internet banking or Bank Millennium mobile app.


  • How to start using the service?

    Simply log in to Millenet and go to Payments > Invoices list, and then read and accept the required statement and the service general terms and conditions. The service can be deacivated any time by calling TeleMillennium helpline. The service is also available in Bank Millennium mobile app in section Payments > Invoices and bills


  • I have activated Qlips invoices and bills in my Millenet banking system. What do I do next?

    Now select billers whose bills you want to receive and pay directly in your internet banking system. Among the available billers you'll only see those service providers whose services you actually use. To start receiving bills, you first need to activate selected billers. Once the biller is added to your list, it will send you invices regularly. You can deactivate the biller any time.


  • What are the available payment methods in Qlips invoices and bills?

    You can pay every bill separately by making a one-off payment or set automatic payments for all bills from a given biller. No matter which payment method you choose, you don't have to fill in the transfer form manually - all data are already pre-defined.


  • How do automatic payments work?

    Automatic payments are similar to a direct debit. You can set them for all or only selected billers. With automatic payments you won't have to pay every bill separately each month. The transfer will be made automatically, provided you you have sufficient funds on your account. All you need to do is choose which account will be debited and which payment execution date you prefer:

    • 7 days before due date
    • on bill due date
    • on bill issue date

    Additionally, you can set a payment limit per one bill. For instance, if you set a limit of 200 PLN and receive a bill for 230 PLN, the automatic payment will not be made. You can still pay such an invoice in Qlips invoices and bills by making a one-off payment.


  • Can I pay by making instant transfers?

    Yes, when making a one-off payment you can choose the transfer type: regular or instant. Automatic payments are always executed as regular transfers.


  • If I pay the bill elsewhere, e.g. at the post office, will it be visible in Qlips invoices and bills as paid?

    No, only the bills paid in Qlips invoices and bills will change its status from unpaid to paid (this also applies to bills paid using Qlips invoices and bills in internet banking system of another bank).


  • How do I know I received new bills to pay?

    If you want to be always up to date, set covnenient SMS notifications. you will receive them to the same number as SMS P@sswords.

    You can select to receive any of the following notifications:

    • you have a new bill
    • the bill is due in 3 business days
    • automatic payment was made
    • there are not enough funds to make an automatic payment
    • there is new biller whose bills you can pay
