You can spend the funds received in this way for any business goal. Monthly repayment of principal and interest will give you a sense of control over your finances and the ability to plan your expenses in the long term.

- borrow up to 700 000 PLN without material security (BGK de minimis guarantee is enough)
You can apply for a loan if you have been running a business continuously for 12 months or 6 if you are already a customer of the bank and carry out cash settlements on a company account.

Credit cost
Fees to the bank:
- loan commission: 5%
- fixed instalment: to be determined individually
Fees to BGK:
A guarantee fee of 0.5% of the amount of the granted guarantee is charged in advance:
- at credit release (fot the first year of the guarantee's validity) - on the amount of the guarantee granted
- on each anniversary of the guarantee (for the subsequent credit year) - on the guarantee amount calculated as a percentage of the capital to repay
What is a de minimis guarantee?
It is one of the forms of aid granted under the admissible state aid to secure the repayment of a working capital or investment loan for a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise (SME).
The de minimis guarantee is not a cash grant and is not directly related to the transfer of funds to the entrepreneur, and does not have any tax consequences.
