Starting from 2006 Bank Millennium has been annually publishing its social report. In the report, the key aspects of the influence of the Bank on economic, social and environmental sustainable development were defined with reference to major groups of Stakeholders: Customers, Employees, Shareholders, Business Partners, Society and Natural Environment.

Starting with the 2024 reporting year, sustainability-related information forms part of the Management Board Report on the activity of Bank Millennium and Capital Group of Bank Millennium and is published within the Group’s consolidated annual report. Sustainability reporting is prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), introduced under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Eco-index Millennium report: the eco-innovation potential of regions evaluates 16 Polish Voivodeships in terms of their green innovation development and supports the discussion on the transformation of the Polish economy. This is Bank Millennium's original project, which is being developed in cooperation with substantive partners: Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza w Krakowie, Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie i Urząd Patentowy RP.
