The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. ("Bank") shall deliver, in attachment hereto, the text of the resolutions passed by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 27 March 2024 ("OGM"), together with the attachments.

An objection was raised put to the minutes of the OGM concerning resolution no. 5.
