Are Internet Payments available to every customer?
The service is available to every customer of Bank Millennium who meets the following requirements:
- owns a current account in PLN,
- has active access to Millenet for retail customers,
- has defined the mobile phone number for SMSp@sswords,
- has sufficient money of the account to make the payment.
When can I make Internet Payments?
Internet Payments can be made any day at any time, also when the banking system is in processing mode.
When is the Internet shop notified of a successful payment?The shop is notified immediately when the payment is made.
Will an Internet Payment be shown in the account history?Yes, each Internet Payment is visible in the history of the source account. You can also download a confirmation in PDF file format.
Using this service is just as safe as making transfers via Millenet. Each payment requires confirmation with a one-off SMSp@ssword sent to your mobile phone.
Can I pay from my foreign currency account?
No, the payments can only be made from a PLN current account
Can I pay from my savings account?No, the payments can only be made from a PLN current account.
How much does the service cost?The service is free-of-charge.
Do Internet Payments use-up the Daily transactions limit?
Yes, Internet Payments use-up the the daily limit of transactions done via Millenet.
You can change your daily transactions limit in any Millennium branch.
How does an Internet Payment differ from an ordinary manual transfer?
Making an Internet Payment you do not fill-in a transfer form manually, the system does this automatically on the basis of data submitted by the shop. In this way you do not risk making a mistake when entering data and save time.
The additional advantage of Internet Payments is that the shop is informed about the payment immediately.
I made the purchase and paid for it but the goods never arrived. What should I do?
If the payment is shown in your account history, contact the Internet shop directly.
