P@ssword 1 (i.e. an 8-digit number defined by you)
two selected characters (digits and/or letters) from an identifier of your choice (e.g. PESEL, personal ID, passport, NIP or REGON). The system never asks for more than two characters from a selected identifier.
MilleKod – this is your account login (you will find it in the agreement).
P@ssword 1 – you can get it in two ways: in a text sent to your pre-defined phone number or in a safe envelope. Remember that you will define a new P@ssword 1 during the first logon.
Identifier – give two indicated characters (digits and/or letters) from an identifier of your choice e.g. PESEL number, passport or personal ID. If you are logging on to a business account it can also be NIP or REGON.
Contact your nearest Bank Millennium branch and get a new P@ssword 1. If you have activated the SMS P@sswords service then you can get a new single-use P@ssword 1 in a text by calling the number: 801 244 357 or +48 22 598 40 50.
If you entered the wrong P@ssword 1 three times, call: 801 244 357 or +48 22 598 40 50. After checking your identity, we will unlock your P@ssword 1. You can also go to your nearest Millennium branch and get there a new P@ssword 1.
