During the login process you will be requested to enter Millekod and P@sword1 (any 8-digit password) and to select two randomly indicated characters from your PESEL number or the other Identifier. Please bear in mind that the letters from Personal ID or Passport also count as characters and might be entered while logon. The system will never request you to enter more than two characters from an every chosen Identifier (PESEL, Personal Id or Passport number).
For the first logon, and every subsequent, you are requested to use your Millekod, which is your username. You are also asked for entering the P@ssword1 from an envelope which you got from the Bank. The P@ssword1 is valid for 90 days from date of receiving). During the first login the system will force the user to change the P@ssword1. Additionally, you are selecting two randomly indicated characters from the chosen identifier.
In case of forgetting your P@ssword1, please contact the nearest Millennium Bank branch and receive a new envelope with P@ssword1. There is no possibility to obtain a new password on the Bank Info line.
When you block your P@ssword1 (three consecutive failed attempts to log in), please contact the Bank: 801 244 357 or +48 22 598 40 50. Your password will be restored after a positive verification of your identity. You can also obtain a new P@ssword1 from any branch of the Millennium Bank.
When you forget you Millekod, please contact the nearest branch. You can also find your Millekod in the agreement which you got during the account opening process.
