* The first monthly fee shall be charged for the second full month from issuing the card. Subsequent monthly fees shall be charged in arrears – for the previous month. The fee will not be charged if in the previous month 5 non-cash transactions were done and booked on given card.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for cashless transactions is 16.99 %; total loan amount (net of loan-financed costs): PLN 5000; total amount due: PLN 5471.37; variable interest rate: 10%; total cost of the loan: PLN 471.37 (including: sum of fees for maintenance of the main card PLN 95.88; interest PLN 320.60; sum of Assistance Alfa insurance fees PLN 54.89); 12 equal monthly instalments of PLN 455.95. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for cash transaction is 26.50%; total loan amount (net of loan-financed costs): PLN 5000; total amount due: PLN 5670.87; variable interest rate: 10%; total cost of the loan: PLN 670.87 (including: fee for maintenance of the main card PLN 95.88; fee for cash transactions PLN 199.50; interest PLN 320.60; sum of Assistance Alfa insurance fees PLN 54.89); 12 equal monthly instalments of PLN 472.57. The calculation was made as of 2.10.2016 on a representative example.

The Bank assesses the applicant’s credit capacity on a case by case basis prior to granting the credit card; in case of failure to fulfil the requirements of credit capacity, the Bank shall not conclude a credit card agreement. The card is accompanied with „Pakiet Assistance Alfa” insurance, free of charge until the end of the first full calendar month. For each next month the fee totals 4,99 PLN. The above insurance may be terminated at any time within the term of the card agreement.

The requirements for documenting income are very simple

  • If you have been transferring your salary to an account in Bank Millennium since at least 3 months, all formalities will be limited to a minimum
  • The key document, which is required at all times is a Personal Identity Card

  • Employment or management contract / Contract to perform a specific task / Contract of mandate
