Logging on to the Millenet for Companies system

New logon

Soon for the purpose of raising the security of using Millenet for Companies we will introduce a new improved logon method for all our clients.

The changes and modifications will feature:

  • Masked password,
  • Confirmation of logging on with a single-use SMS P@ssword.

 

Important
The masked password and the SMSP@ssword will be introduced gradually over some weeks. Every newly created Millenet user will logon using the new rules.

 

Below please find a detailed description of the planned changes.

1.  After logging on with the full password the User will receive a message informing that the next logon will be according to the new rules.

2. Introduction of masked password and SMS P@ssword

A masked password requires entry only of selected characters, which eliminates the need to enter the whole password thus making it difficult for third persons to learn it.

Users who have defined a mobile phone number in the system will also be asked to confirm logon with SMS P@ssword.

 

Important
If the user does not have a phone number set up in Millenet for sending SMS P@sswords or the number is out of date, then a new number can be added or the old one updated by following the instructions.

Entering a masked password

Users who do not have a phone number set up in the system for sending single-use logon SMSP@sswords will logon only by using a masked password.

FAQ

First login

In order to log in to Millenet for Companies system for the first time you have to know:

  • MilleKod – company numerical identifier in Millenet for Companies,
  • login – user identifier,
  • temporary password – password delivered to the user in a safe envelope, alternatively defined by the user via TeleMillennium
  • One-time password – one-time password received as SMS P@ssword

On the Bank home page select Companies tab (at the very top of the page), and next the blue „Log in" button on the right hand side. You will be transferred to the log in page. Enter your login and move on by clicking „Log in”.

In the next step we will ask you to enter your one-time SMS password.

In the last step we will ask you to enter your Temporary P@ssword and complete the login process by clicking „Send” button.

3. Unlocking with SMS P@ssword

If your access to the Millenet system has been blocked by triple use of an incorrect password when logging on, access may be recovered by setting up a new password or using the old password to log on (if you remember it and blocked access by accident):

  • If you remember the old password, it can be unlocked by another user from the same Millekod or by a HelpDesk consultant
  • If it is necessary to set up a new password and you provided your phone number to the Bank, your access can again be unlocked by another user from the same Millekod or by a HelpDesk consultant
  • If it is necessary to set up a new password and you did not provide your phone number to the Bank, you will get a single-use password in an envelope, which you will receive in a Millennium branch
