Bank Millennium acquired Euro Bank on 31 May 2019 after obtaining the necessary approvals from UOKiK and Polish Financial Supervision Authority. On 1 October 2019 the legal merger was registered in the National Court Register and the banks were thus formally merged. Thanks to the merger Bank Millennium will offer current and new customers even better service, a broader offering and further innovative solutions.
