Logging in

How to log in to Millenet for Companies?

In order to log in to Millenet for Companies system you have to know:

  • MilleKod – company numerical identifier in Millenet for Companies,
  • login – user identifier,
  • temporary password – password delivered to the user in a safe envelope, alternatively defined by the user via TeleMillennium
  • One-time password – one-time password received as SMS P@ssword or generated by hardware token.

If the user does not have in the Millenet system the phone number for sending SMS P@sswords or the phone number is not up to date, there is a phone number update option available to be used according to the instructions.

Password masking

A masked password means you don’t have to type in the entire password, only its selected characters, thus making it more difficult for others to learn it.

You can disable and enable the password masking function any time in Millenet using the option Profile > Password settings. This operation does not require any authorization.

On-screen virtual keyboard

For increased security, you can use on-screen keyboard to enter your password and SMS P@ssword or token code. Click on the keyboard image placed next to the masked password field.

Unlocking access to Millenet

Your access to Millenet for Companies will be blocked if you enter an incorrect password in three subsequent attempts. The process of unlocking access is the same as in case of first-time login. You will need MilleKod, login and two authenticating data.

You can recover access by setting a new password or by regaining possibility to use the old password (if you remember it and blocked it unintentionally).

If you forgot the password

In this situation it is necessary to unlock access using a new single-use access password. If your personal details provided to the Bank include your mobile number or if you have an assigned hardware token, then another user of the same MilleKod can help you get a new password by logging in to Millenet and selecting option User Details > Unlock Password > Unlock the ability to generate a new password. This can also be done by Bank Millennium HelpDesk.

Once your ability to generate password is unlocked, you will receive a single-use password by text message next time you log in. Alternatively, if you have a token, you can set a new password after providing the one-time token code.

If you remember the password

In this situation you still have three attempts to log in with your old password. The possibility to use old password must be first unlocked by another user of the same MilleKod in the option User details > Unlock password > Unlock current password or unblocked by a HelpDesk consultant.
