Collect the voucher on the PUE ZUS platform, to which you can log in also through Millenet. You'll find PUE ZUS in MilleAdministration tab
A travel voucher is a kind of financial support for the families as well as the tourism industry. The voucher is worth 500 PLN and is offered to every child up to the age of 18. In the case of children with a disability certificate, the value of the voucher is 1,000 PLN.

voucher activation is very simple and relates to updating your contact details
You receive a voucher in the form of a 16-digit code by phone or e-mail, please do not share it with others
the voucher is valid until the end of March 2022
You can log in to PUE directly from the ZUS website, among others using a Trusted Profile or via electronic banking system. You will also get access to PUE ZUS through Millenet:
Log in to your account.
Select the MilleUrząd > PUE ZUS tab and click Go to PUE ZUS.
On the PUE website, select the General tab, and then Polish Travel Voucher > My voucher.
Fill in your current e-mail address and phone number to which you will receive a voucher in the form of a 16-digit code.

On the website of the Polish Tourist Organizationlink opens in a new window you can check the places where you can use the voucher. Check the POT website regularly, new hotels and tourist attractions are added!
Keep in mind that the voucher is valid until the end of March 2022, so if you do not use it during this vacation, you still have a lot of time.
