MilleSMS settings in Millenet

Before start using MilleSMS notifications please make appropriate service settings in Millenet MilleSMS > Notifications > Before event/After event. Then define the products and services that will be inluced in SMS notification service.

Available noification types:

  • Future transfer reminder

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive reminders about transfers to be made with a future date, originated via Millenet.This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.

    You have the possibility of defining the advance notice term, with which you will be notified - from 2 to 7 days before execution date.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of approaching payments from all your accounts, or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected accounts.
    Example: You ordered a transfer through Millenet from account No. 12345678 in the amount of PLN 12.34 to be made on 7 January 2005 and the reminder you chose will come 3 days before. On 4 January 2005 you will get a text message reading:

    Future Transfer Reminder:
    Amount: 12,34 PLN
    From account: 12345678
    Date: 07/01/05

    Caution! In case of transfer orders to be carried out on a day coming directly after a bank holiday, the system executes them earlier, on the first bank holiday before the planned execution date. E.g. a transfer ordered for Monday will be executed already on Sunday.


  • Standing order reminder

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive reminders about planned execution of standing orders.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    You have the possibility of defining the advance notice term, with which you will be notified - from 2 to 7 days before execution date.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of approaching standing order payments from all your accounts, or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected accounts.
    Example: Date of execution of the standing order you defined as "RENT" from account No. 12345678 in the amount of PLN 123.45 is 7 January 2005 and the reminder you chose will come 3 days before. On 4 January 2005 you will get a text message reading:

    Standing Order Reminder:

    Caution! In case of orders to be carried out on a day coming directly after a bank holiday, the system executes them earlier, on the first bank holiday before the planned execution date. E.g. a transfer ordered for Monday will be executed already on Sunday.


  • Term deposit maturity reminder

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive reminders about approaching maturities of term deposits.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    You have the possibility of defining the advance notice term, with which you will be notified - from 2 to 7 days before execution date.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of approaching expiry of all your deposits, or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected accounts.
    Example: The date of maturity of your Lokata Millenet (Millenet Term Deposit) No. 45678901 in the amount of PLN 5,000 is 7 January 2005 and the reminder you chose will come 3 days before. On 4 January 2005 you will get a text message reading:

    Caution! Due to system requirements the maturity of deposits, coming on a day immediately after a holiday, occurs in advance, on the first holiday before the planned maturity date. E.g. a deposit with maturity date coming on Monday, will in fact mature already on Sunday.


  • Credit card repayment reminder

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive reminders about planned payment of card credit.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    You have the possibility of defining the advance notice term, with which you will be notified - from 2 to 7 days before execution date.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of approaching payment of credit on all your credit cards or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected credit cards.
    Example: The date of payment of credit on your credit card No. 4603123456781234 in the amount of PLN 567.89 from account No. 12345678 is 19 January 2005; required minimum payment is PLN 56.79 PLN, and the reminder you chose will come 2 days before. On 17 January 2005 you will get a text message reading:

  • Information concerning next monthly payment to your Goal Account (notification to konto Twój Cel)

    After activating this option of the MilleSMS service you will get texts informing you about the upcoming time for paying towards Your Goal to Konto Oszczędnościowe Twój Cel.
    This will allow you to manage your savings actively and will remind about an upcoming money transfer.
    These messages are sent to your mobile phone from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
    Decide yourself about upcoming payment to which Goal you will be notified. The text will be sent a number of days of your choice (between 2 and 7 days) before the upcoming payment towards the goal. The upcoming payment towards Your Goal is the monthly payment date counted from the day of goal start.
    Example: goal start:15.06.2012. Payments will be made on the 15th day in subsequent months
    Example: The Goal named "Future" was set-up on 10 January 2012.  You set-up a text 2 days before the upcoming payment. On 8 February 2012 a text will be sent to you about the upcoming payment to the Your Goal Savings Account named "Future", No. 12345678. You will get a text reading: 

    MilleSMS:
    The time of the planned payment to Your Goal: Future will be in 2 days.
    Deposit money regularly on the account and you will reach your goal.


  • Information that date of Goal end is coming in period of time (notification to konto Twój Cel)

    After activating this option of the MilleSMS service you will get texts informing you about the upcoming time of end of Your Goal on Konto Oszczędnościowe Twój Cel.
    This will allow you to manage your savings actively.
    These messages are sent to your mobile phone from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
    Decide yourself about the approaching end date of which Goal you will be notified. The text will be sent a number of days of your choice (choice of: 30, 60 or 90 days before) before the end date of the Goal. You can see the end date of the Goal in your Savings Account details
    Example: The Goal named „Future" was set-up on 10 January 2012.  You defined a text message 60 days before Goal end dat. The end date is 1 September 2012. On 1 July 2012 a text will be sent to you about the approaching end date of Your Goal named "Future", No. 12345678. You will get a text reading: 

    MilleSMS:
    60 days remain till the end of Your Goal: Future.

  • Incoming transfer received

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of transfers coming to your accounts held in Bank Millennium.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of transfers coming to all your accounts, or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected rachunków
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a transfer, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example:
    On 6 January 2005 at 15:45 the transfer of PLN 543.21 came to your account No. 12345678 and the balance available after it was posted was PLN 789.55. You will get a text message reading:

    Incoming Transfer Received:
    Amount: 543,21 PLN
    To account: 12345678
    Date: 06/01/05, 15:45
    Available balance: 789,55 PLN

    Caution! You will not be notified of incoming transfers ordered as standing orders from other accounts held in Bank Millennium.


  • Outgoing transfer execution

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of execution of transfers from your accounts.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of execution of transfers from all your accounts held in Bank Millennium or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected accounts.
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a transfer, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: On 6 January 2005 at 2005 at 12:34 you made a transfer of PLN 678.99 from your account No. 12345678 and the balance available after it was posted was PLN 987.65. You will get a text message reading:

    Outgoing Transfer Execution:
    Amount: 678,99 PLN
    From account: 12345678
    Date: 06/01/05, 12:34
    Available balance: 987,65 PLN

    Caution! In case of transfer orders to be carried out on a day coming directly after a bank holiday, the system executes them earlier, on the first bank holiday before the planned execution date. E.g. a transfer ordered for Monday will be executed already on Sunday.


  • Future transfer failure

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of failed transfers with future dates ordered via Millenet.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of non-executed transfers from all your accounts held in Bank Millennium or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected accounts
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a transfer, above which the system will send you messages
    Example: You ordered the transfer of PLN 777.77 via Millenet from account No. 12345678 with future execution date on 7 January 2005, however on that day, when the system was executing awaiting transfers, this particular transfer could not be executed because the available balance on the account was only PLN 333.33. You will get a text message reading:

    Future Transfer Failure:
    Amount: 777,77 PLN
    From account: 12345678
    Date: 07/01/05, 06:11
    Available balance: 333,33 PLN

    Caution! In case of orders to be carried out on a day coming directly after a bank holiday, the system executes them earlier, on the first bank holiday before the planned execution date. E.g. a transfer ordered for Monday. are executed already on Sunday.

    Caution! The attempt to make a failed transfer will not be repeated, therefore such a transfer must be ordered again.


  • Standing Order Execution

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of executed standing orders.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of standing orders executed from all your accounts held in Bank Millennium or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected rachunków
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a standing order, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: On 7 January 2005 at 6:23 from your account No. 12345678 the standing order "RENT" was executed in the amount of PLN 123.45 and the PLN, and the available balance after it was posted was PLN 222.66. You will get a text message reading:

    Standing Order Execution:

  • Standing Order Failure

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of failed standing orders.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of failed standing orders from all your accounts held in Bank Millennium or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected accounts
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a standing order, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: Date of execution of the standing order you defined as "RENT" from account No. 12345678 in the amount of PLN 123.45 was 7 January 2005, when the system was executing awaiting standing orders, this particular order could not be executed because the available balance on the account was only PLN 55.55. You will get a text message reading:

  • Direct Debit Execution

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of executed direct debits.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of direct debits executed from all your accounts held in Bank Millennium or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected accounts.
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a direct debit, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: You pay your phone bill by direct debit to the "Głuchy telefon" company. On 7 January 2005 at 17:10. Your operator debited your account No. 12345678 with the amount of PLN 66.66, and the available balance after it was posted was PLN 333.33. You will get a text message reading:

    Direct Debit Execution:

  • Term Deposit Termination

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of maturity of term deposits.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of maturity of all your term deposits or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected accounts.
    Example: On 7 January 2005 at 6:33 your Millenet Term Deposit No. 45678901 in the amount of PLN 5,000 matured. You will get a text message reading:

    Term Deposit Termination:
    Amount: 5.000,00 PLN

  • Loan Payment Execution

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of loan payments.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of execution of payment of all your loans or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected credits.
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a loan instalment, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: On 7 January 2005 at 21:22 from account No. 12345678 an instalment was paid in the amount of PLN 234.56 of your MilleKredyt DOM loan and the balance available after it was posted was PLN 5.555,66 PLN. You will get a text message reading:

    Loan Payment Execution:
    Amount: 234,56 PLN

    From account: 12345678
    Date: 07/01/05, 21:22
    Available balance: 5.555,66 PLN

    Caution! Payment of loan instalments, due on a holiday, is done on the first working day coming after the planned execution date. E.g. payment of an instalment due on Sunday will be done on Monday.


  • Loan Payment Failure

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of failed payment of loan instalments.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of failure to execute payment of all your loans or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected credits.
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a credit, above which the system will send you messages
    Example: The date of payment of your MilleKredyt DOM loan instalment in the amount of PLN 234.56 from account No. 12345678 was 7 January 2005, however it could not be executed on that day because the balance available on the account was only PLN 122.22. You will get a text message reading:

  • Credit Card Transaction Settlement

    Credit Card Transaction SettlementWhen this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of settlement of credit card transactions.
    This will permit you to manage your finances effectively.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone on a 7/24 basis.
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a transaction, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: On 10 January 2005 settlement* was done of a transaction in the amount of PLN 525.25 done on 7 January 2005 with use of your credit card No. 4603123456781234. You will get a text message reading:

    Credit Card Transaction Settlement:
    Amount: -525,25 PLN
    Card: 4603xxxxxxxx1234
    Transaction Date: 07/01/05
    Settlement date: 10/01/05

    * settlement of a credit card transaction occurs upon sending of payment details by the settlement centre to the Bank; only then is the credit card account debited with the amount of your transaction.


  • Credit Card Cash Withdrawal

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of cash withdrawals done with your credit card.
    This will permit you to manage your finances effectively.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone on a 7/24 basis.
    Additionally you can define the minimum value of a withdrawal, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: On 7 January 2005 at 23:12 using credit card No. 4603123456781234 you withdraw the amount of PLN 200 in an ATM. Directly after the withdrawal you will get a text message reading:

    Credit Card Cash Withdrawal:
    Amount: -200,00 PLN
    Card: 4603xxxxxxxx1234
    Date: 07/01/05, 23:12


  • Credit Card Repayment Execution

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of credit card payments.
    This will permit you to effectively manage your finances.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 pm.
    You yourself decide if you want to be notified of execution of payment of all your credit cards or only some of them: you can choose this option for selected credit cards.
    Additionally you can define the minimum payment amount, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: On 19 January 2005 at 20:40 on the account of your credit card No. 4603123456781234 the payment was posted in the amount of PLN 567.89. You will get a text message reading:

    Credit Card Repayment Execution:
    Amount: 567,89 PLN

    Date:19/01/05, 20:40

    Caution! You will get the message after posting the credit card account payment and renewal of the card limit, not directly after debiting the personal account with the payment amount!


  • Credit Card Authorization

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of authorizations of transactions done with your credit card.
    This will permit you to manage your finances effectively.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone on a 7/24 basis.
    Additionally you can define the minimum transaction value, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: On 7 January 2005 at 22:55 using credit card No. 4603123456781234 you make an authorised* transaction in the amount of PLN 525.25. Directly after the Bank has authorised the above amount you will get a text message reading:

    Credit Card Authorization:
    Amount: -525,25 PLN
    Card: 4603xxxxxxxx1234
    Date: 07/01/05, 22:55

    * an authorised transaction may be a payment for goods or services, payment in an on-line shop, registration in an Internet service as well as blocking funds on the card account during a stay in a hotel or when renting a car.

    Caution! Whether the credit card transaction is authorised or not is decided by the sales outlet where you make the payment. Because the Bank has no information about non-authorised transactions when they are being done, the MilleSMS "Credit Card Authorization" service will only inform you about authorised transactions!


  • Debit/Prepaid Card Cash Withdrawal

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of debit/prepaid card withdrawals.
    This will permit you to manage your finances effectively.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone on a 7/24 basis.
    Additionally you can define the minimum withdrawal value, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example:
    On 7 January 2005 at 21:16 using your debit card No. 4874123456781234 you withdraw PLN 100 from an ATM. The balance available after the transaction was 567,89 PLN. Directly after making the withdrawal you will get a text message reading:

    Debit Card Cash Withdrawal:
    Amount: -100,00 PLN
    Card: : 4874xxxxxxxx1234
    Date: 07/01/05, 21:16
    Available balance: 567,89 PLN


  • Debit/Prepaid Card Payment Authorization

    When this MilleSMS service option is activated you will receive notifications of authorizations of transactions done with your debit/prepaid card.
    This will permit you to manage your finances effectively.
    The messages are sent to your mobile phone on a 7/24 basis.
    Additionally you can define the minimum transaction value, above which the system will send you messages.
    Example: On 7 January 2005 at 23:15 using your Millennium VISA Electron debit card No. 4874123456781234 you pay the amount of PLN 44.22 in a shop. The balance available after the transaction was 255,67 PLN. Directly after the Bank has authorised the above transaction you will get a text message reading:

    Debit Card Payment Authorization:
    Amount: -44,22 PLN
    Card: 4874xxxxxxxx1234
    Date: 07/01/05, 23:15
    Available balance: 255,67 PLN

    Caution! The MilleSMS "Debit Card Payment Authorization" service will notify you of each transaction authorisation. Sometimes it may happen that one transaction will be sent to the Bank several times and within a short period of time the Bank will make several authorisations in the same amount. Should this happen the MilleSMS service will inform you about every transaction authorisation done - you can then receive several text messages with identical content!


  • Information that Goal is achieved (notification to konto Twój Cel)

    After activating this option of the MilleSMS service you will get texts informing you about reached saving goals on Konto Oszczędnośiowe Twój Cel.
    This will allow you to manage your savings actively and to plan the Goal with precision.
    These messages are sent to your mobile phone from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
    Decide yourself about reaching which Goal you will be notified. By reaching the goal we mean reaching at least 100% of the planned saving goal on the Savings Account.
    Example: On 1 January 2012 at 3:45 p.m. the transfer of PLN 1000, named "Future" came to Your Goal Savings Account No. 12345678 and the balance available after it was credited was PLN 10,000. Your Goal Future was to end of 1 March 2012 and the amount you wanted to save was 10,000. In result of the transfer the status of reaching Your Goal is 100%. You will get a text reading: 

    MilleSMS: Congratulations
    You have reached your Goal: Future on your savings account number: 12345678.

  • 25% of saving period for your Goal has passed (notification to konto Twój Cel)

    After activating this option of the MilleSMS service you will get texts informing you about passage of 25% of the time saving for Your Goal on Konto Oszczędnościowe Twój Cel.
    This will allow you to manage your savings actively.
    These messages are sent to your mobile phone from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
    Decide yourself about passing 25% of which Goal you will be notified. By 25% of the time of your Goal we mean exactly 25% of the time saving for Your Goal.
    Example: On 26 January 2012 on Your Goal Savings Account named „Future",  No. 12345678  25% of the duration of Your Goal has passed (25 days). The Goal was set-up on 1 January 2012 and on 26 January goal fulfilment is 15%. Your Goal Future is to end on 9 April 2012 and the amount you wanted to save was 10 000. You will get a text reading: 

    MilleSMS:
    25% of the time saving for your goal: Future, has passed. 
    You have already reached 15% of the plan.


  • 50% of saving period for your Goal has passed (notification to konto Twój Cel)

    After activating this option of the MilleSMS service you will get texts informing you about passage of half of the time saving for Your Goal on Konto Oszczędnościowe Twój Cel.
    This will allow you to manage your savings actively.
    These messages are sent to your mobile phone from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
    Decide yourself about passing 50% of which Goal you will be notified. By 50% of the time of your Goal we mean exactly 50% of the time saving for Your Goal.
    Example: On 19 February 2012 on Your Goal Savings Account named „Future",  No. 12345678  25% of the duration of Your Goal has passed (50 days) . The Goal was set-up on 1 January 2012, and on 19 February goal fulfilment is 30%. Your Goal Future is to end on 9 April 2012 and the amount you wanted to save was 10 000. You will get a text reading: 

    MilleSMS:
    50% of the time saving for your goal: Future, has passed. 
    You have already reached 30% of the plan.


  • 75% of saving period for your Goal has passed (notification to konto Twój Cel)

    After activating this option of the MilleSMS service you will get texts informing you about passage of 75% of the time saving for Your Goal on Konto Oszczędnościowe Twój Cel.
    This will allow you to manage your savings actively.
    These messages are sent to your mobile phone from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
    Decide yourself about passing 75% of which Goal you will be notified. By 75% of the time of your Goal we mean exactly 75% of the time saving for Your Goal.
    Example: On 15 March  2012 on Your Goal Savings Account named „Future",  No. 12345678  75% of the duration of Your Goal has passed (75 days). The Goal was set-up on 1 January 2012, and on 15 March goal fulfilment is 60%. Your Goal Future is to end on 9 April 2012 and the amount you wanted to save was 10 000. You will get a text reading: 

    MilleSMS:
    75% of the time saving for your goal: Future, has passed. 
    You have already reached 60% of the plan.


  • 100% of saving period for your Goal has passed (notification to konto Twój Cel)

    After activating this option of the MilleSMS service you will get texts informing you about passage of all of the time saving for Your Goal on Konto Oszczędnościowe Twój Cel.
    This will allow you to manage your savings actively.
    These messages are sent to your mobile phone from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
    Decide yourself about passing 100% of which Goal you will be notified. By 100% of the time of your Goal we mean exactly 100% of the time saving for Your Goal.
    Example: On 9 April  2012 on Your Goal Savings Account named „Future",  No. 12345678  100% of the duration of Your Goal has passed (100 days) . The Goal was set-up on 1 January 2012, and on 9 April goal fulfilment is 95%. Your Goal Future is to end on 9 April 2012 and the amount you wanted to save was 10 000. You will get a text reading: 

    MilleSMS:
    100% of the time saving for your goal: Future, has passed. 
    You have already reached 95% of the plan.


  • Information that there are no transfers on Twój Cel for some time (notification to konto Twój Cel)

    After activating this option of the MilleSMS service you will get texts informing you about lack of any inflows during the last 2 months for Your Goal on Konto Oszczędnościowe Twój Cel.

    Decide yourself about lack of inflows to which Goal you will be notified. A text will be sent exactly after 2 months without any deposits on the Your Goal Savings Account
    Example: The Goal named „Future" was set-up on 1 January 2012. Unfortunately you forgot to deposit your savings on it. On 1 March 2012 a text will be sent to you about lack of deposits on Your Goal Savings Account named "Future", No. 12345678. You will get a text reading: 

    MilleSMS:
    Your savings are not being transferred to Your Goal: Future.
    Deposit money regularly on the account and you will reach your goal.


Transfers

  • MilleSMS transaction settings in Millenet

    Before making transaction orders using SMS you should use appropriate settings in Millenet in MilleSMS > Operations > Transactions section. You need to define source account that you can use for SMS Transactions. You can also set alias to source account to be used in the SMS.
    While definig account alias you shall beat in mind that alias:

    • must always start with a letter
    • must not contain Polish characters
    • must not contain special characters apart the following + - . , _
    • must not be longer than 15 characters

    Then you need to define beneficiaries which aliases you will use to post transactions. If the beneficiary is not yet on the list you can add it in a simple way on SMS Transactions screen. Then you need to input 26 digit account number and its alias. The alias will be used in the transfer also as beneficiary name.


  • How to post transfers using SMS?

    You shall send SMS Transactions to the number +48 601 767 767 (+48 601 SMS SMS)


  • Transfer using account number and predefined short name of the beneficiary
