How to log in to Millenet for Companies?

To log in to Millenet for Companies electronic banking system you need to: know your MilleKod, login and password, as well as have an additional login authorization tool such as mobile phone or token.

  1. Click on “Log in” section on the home page, enter your MilleKod and press “Login”
  2. You will be redirected to login page, where you will be requested to provide login and press “Login”
  3. On another page you will be requested to provide selected characters of your password and an additional authorization code (SMS P@ssword or token code)

You select the preferred login authorization tool while signing the Electronic Banking Channels Agreement, but you can later change it. Choose between SMS P@ssword or 6-digit code generated by hardware token.

Password masking

A masked password means you don’t have to type in the entire password, only its selected characters, thus making it more difficult for others to learn it.

You can disable and enable the password masking function any time in Millenet using the option Profile > Password settings. This operation does not require any authorization.

On-screen virtual keyboard

For increased security, you can use on-screen keyboard to enter your password and SMS P@ssword or token code.

First-time login

In order to log in to Millenet for Companies for the first time you need to have: MilleKod, login and single-use password.

The way you receive your single-use password depends on the login authorization tool you selected previously – SMS P@ssword or hardware token.

If you use SMS P@sswords as your authorization tool (you defined the contact phone number in the configuration form) you will receive it by text message when logging on.

If you use a token, you can generate single-use password yourself using the token.

  1. Click on “Log in” section on the home page, enter your MilleKod and press “Login”
  2. You will be redirected to login page, where you will be requested to provide login and press “Login”
  3. On another page you will be requested to provide single-use SMS P@ssword or token code, and enter a new password twice
  4. Press “Send” – if the entered data are correct you will gain access to Millenet for Companies e-banking system

Unlocking access to Millenet

Your access to Millenet for Companies will be blocked if you enter an incorrect password in three subsequent login attempts. The process of unlocking access looks is the same as in case of first-time login. You will need MilleKod, login and a single-use access password.

You can recover access by setting a new password or by regaining possibility to use the old password (if you remember it and blocked it unintentionally).

If you forgot the password

In this situation it is necessary to unlock access using a new single-use access password. If your personal details provided to the Bank include your mobile number or if you have an assigned hardware token, then another user of the same MilleKod can help you get a new password by logging in to Millenet and selecting option User Details > Unlock Password > Unlock the ability to generate a new password. This can also be done by Bank Millennium HelpDesk.

Once your ability to generate password is unlocked, you will receive a single-use password by text message next time you log in. Alternatively, if you have a token, you can set a new password after providing the one-time token code.

If you remember the password

In this situation you still have three attempts to log in with your old password. The possibility to use old password must be first unlocked by another user of the same MilleKod in the option User details > Unlock password > Unlock current password or unblocked by a HelpDesk consultant.
