Prestige in Bank Millennium is also about convenience and comfort. It is about exclusive branches in the biggest cities of Poland, with modern interiors giving the sense of full discretion and safety, where Clients can meet their Advisors. Most of them are located in modern and comfortable Bank Millennium Financial Centres being built across Poland.  By now there are 42 Prestige centres across Poland.

Each Financial Centre has phone numbers dedicated to call service of Prestige Customer. Using dedicated to call service phone number at Bank branch, during Branch working hours, the Prestige Customer can executed below instructions:

  • opening / change / termination of a deposit account
  • opening / change / termination of a foreign currency account
  • opening / termination of a Savings Account
  • transfers from Savings Account to related current account
  • transfers from related current account to Savings Account
  • foreign currency purchase and sales transactions
  • application for a credit card agreement, debit card or payment card issuance under an existing card agreement
  • application for a loan
  • orders to purchase or sell financial instruments and instructions to modify or cancel these orders
  • making instructions referred to in the Framework Agreement on the purchase / sales of debentures, including structured bonds and structured banking securities
  • instructions to transfer funds from the cash account at Millennium Dom Maklerski with reservation that the performance of the instruction related to the Millennium DM offering depends on the establishment by the Prestige Personal Account Holder or a proxy authority for the Bank Millennium SA - Prestige
  • transfers onto customer's accounts at Millennium Dom Maklerski
  • transfers regarding orders to purchase investment funds to the benefit of customer which are currently available in the Bank's offer
  • transfers regarding insurance products and investment/insurance products to the benefit of customer which are currently available in the Bank's offer.
  • actions related to opening records at investment funds managed by Millennium TFI, making purchase / sales / exchange orders and other declarations of will related to the participation in the funds, instruction performance depends on the establishment of a proxy authority for the Bank Millennium by the Prestige Account Holder

Prestige Line is a information and transaction service, which provides you with 24/7 access to banking service.

List of instructions that may be executed via Prestige Line:

  • Execution of an internal transfer to an account in Bank Millennium as well as an external one, also to ZUS or the Tax Office
  • Defining a beneficiary for Bank Millennium ATMs
  • Defining a transfer beneficiary for telephone service

Millennium ATM, apart from providing 7/24 access to funds on the account, provide the Customer with a range of value added services, facilitating funds management. Customers have the availability of over 2100 multifunctional ATMs throughout Poland, operating on a 7/24 basis.

The ATMs enable you to:

· Withdraw cash,
· Make pre-defined payments,
· Check the account balance,
· Obtain data on last 10 transactions,
· Change the card PIN number
