The MasterCard PayPassTM Minicard is in the form of a sticker to be put on a mobile phone or any other object you carry on with you.
WHAT IS THE PAYPASS MINICARD?
The PayPass Minicard is an additional credit card made as a small contactless card which you can put on your mobile phone, mp3 player or any other item which you always carry on with you. This is the perfect way to pay if time is of essence!
The PayPass Minicard permits making daily shopping in all outlets in Poland which have the special MasterCard PayPass terminals.
With the PayPass Minicard you can make contactless payments:
- up to PLN 50 - without the need to type the PIN number or sign the receipt,
- above PLN 50 - transactions to be confirmed with the PIN number.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
The PayPass Minicard is an innovative and convenient way to pay for shopping:
- easier - you do not have to look for an ATM or carry small change,
- faster - you do not have to type the PIN number with payments below PLN 50,
- more convenient - you can stick the PayPass Minicard on any item which you always carry with you, e.g. a mobile phone,
- safer - you do not give the card to the merchant always keeping it with you and when you lose the PayPass Minicard you can report it immediately and it will stop working,
HOW TO GET A PAYPASS MINICARD?
If you have a Bank Millennium MasterCard Impresja, MasterCard or MasterCard Gold credit card you can get an additional PayPass Minicard for yourself or for someone you indicate.

HOW TO PAY WITH PAYPASS MINICARD?
- the merchant will type in the amount to be paid which will be shown on the PayPass terminal display,
- put the PayPass Minicard near the place marked with the appropriate symbol on the terminal,
- after a beep four green LEDs will light up informing that the payment has been accepted; if the payment does not exceed PLN 50, you will not have to type your PIN number or sign the printout.

WHAT IS THE EASY PAYMENTS PROGRAMME?
The Easy Payments Credit Programme permits repayment of spending done with the credit card in equal instalments with an attractive interest rate.
It is very easy to take part in the Programme and is done without any undue formalities - one phone call will suffice! You personally decide which transactions to spread into instalments and how long you want to repay them!
HOW DOES THE EASY PAYMENTS PROGRAMME WORK?
- e.g. on June 16th you buy a TV set for PLN 1 000,
- you pay with your Bank Millennium credit card,
- after receiving the billing statement at the beginning of July you call TeleMillennium and order repayment of this amount in 12 instalments,
- each instalment, given an interest rate of 16.90%, will be PLN 91*,
- you will pay the first instalment together with the card monthly payment for August - i.e. by September 25th,
- every month enclosed with your billing statement you will find information about the instalment and number of instalments outstanding.

SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- you can repay in instalments any non-cash transaction over PLN 300,
- you can spread into instalments the transactions, which are not yet payable according to the billing statement (the instructions should be filed not later than two days before due and payable date of the transaction),
- you have a choice of 6,9,12 or 24 instalments (in 0% interest rate special offer for Millennium Visa Impresja and Millennium MasterCard Impresja cards you have a choice of 6, 9 or 12 instalments),
- the maximum value of transactions spread into instalments cannot exceed the total limit on your card (additionally in 0% interest rate special offer for Millennium Visa Impresja and Millennium MasterCard Impresja cards maximum total amount of transactions covered by one programme is PLN 3 000),
- you can always repay the credit earlier, at no extra cost.
HOW TO JOIN THE PROGRAMME?
- make sure that you have active access to Electronic Banking Channels,
- call TeleMillennium (801 331 331) and tell the Consultant, which transactions you want to repay in instalments,
- our Consultant will inform you about all important details: instalment amount and interest rate, and then will execute your instructions.
