Impresja credit card was awarded the title of the most innovative loyalty card in Europe in 2010 and is the first card from Poland to receive an award in the Publi-News Trophees international competition - main such event on the European payment cards market and one of the most important on the cards global market.

The Impresja card also looks pretty - the card was awarded an Audience Award in the prettiest polish card in 2010 competition which accompanied the Central European Electronic Card Warsaw 2010 conference.
The shopping is cheaper because we ensure a refund of 5% of the value of spending with our Partners - up to as much as PLN 760 per year.

Shopping at our Partners will now be even more of a pleasure:
- the programme is combined with other promotions and special offers,
- you do not have to ask for the 5% spending refund in the shop - the Bank will automatically make it to your card account,
- the refund also applies to transactions done with the supplementary card,
- in Carrefour supermarkets you will get bonus vouchers for every PLN 30 spent,
- the Carrefour bonus always applies to Carrefour branded products, with remaining products being also eligible on Fridays and Sundays (excluding alcohol, cigarettes, fuel, prepaid phones top-up and "My Bills" service),
- no queues - in Carrefour supermarkets you can pay for your shopping at special counters with the sign "Kasa dla płacących kartą Carrefour VISA" (Cash counter for Carrefour VISA payments).
The 5% refund shall be posted to your card account at the beginning of each month and in case of the Carrefour shops you will get it immediately in the form of vouchers. More details you will find in User guide - Documents - Terms & Con. tag.
The Impresja credit card also gives the possibility of paying for the shopping in 0% instalments, thus you can:
- get free card credit twice in a year, even for 12 months - in the "Easy Payments" Programme (maximum total amount of transactions covered by one programme is PLN 3 000),
- limit all formalities to one phone call to TeleMillennium (801 331 331) and say which transaction you want to pay for with the 0% instalments.
On top of that with Impresja not only shopping will be more of a pleasure. Extensive assistance package will surprise you with how many of your daily chores we will take care of.
The package comprises:
- personal schedulekeeper - we will remind you of all important dates,
- concierge for women - we will arrange a visit to a beauty salon, consultation with a makeup artist and stylist, we will arrange for child care,
- home assistance - we will arrange and pay for travel expenses and labour cost of a specialist, e.g. to repair a door lock or to set up newly purchased appliances,

To get the special offer:

- order an annual subscription of "Twój Styl" magazine and indicate that you want to get the special offer for Millennium Visa Impresja card cardholders,

HOW TO GET
HOW TO GET A CREDIT CARD?
It is very simple. Apply via TeleMillennium (801 331 331), online or come to any Bank Millennium branch.
You can apply for the card in several ways:
- based on received income (in case of cards with a requested limit of up to PLN 15 000 we do not require a written income confirmation),
- based on history of turnover on the account in Bank Millennium,
- based on billing statement for a credit card in another bank.
After the application has been approved the card will be mailed to you.
For security reasons the card is inactive. To make full use of its functionality just activate in an ATM, by phone or online in Millenet.

HOW TO RESTRICT
IN THE BANK
In case of card loss or theft you must immediately block it.
Just call the special phone numer dedicated for blocking all the credit cards of Bank Millennium:

(for mobile or international calls: +48 22 598 40 40)
You can always block the card at any time when e.g. when you fear that someone may use it without your knowing it.
Card theft should be reported promptly to the local Police and a copy of the report delivered to a branch of Bank Millennium in order to get a compensation.
You can also call the nearest bank bearing the logo of the appropriate card organisation to block the card.
Remember!
- Quick block of the card will prevent losses, which may be caused by its use by unauthorised persons.
- Write down the card number in the Card Cancellation Manual - it will be helpful when cancelling the card.
- The Manual and the card should be kept separately. Thus in case of card loss you will be able to have it cancelled immediately.
- For your own safety do not keep the card together with the PIN number and do not write the PIN number on the card to prevent unauthorised use.
- You can change the PIN number in any Millennium or Euronet ATM.
- You can get unauthorised card use insurance. Thanks to this you have a guarantee of coverage of a loss up to EUR 150 if an unauthorised person debits your card account within 72 hours prior to its cancellation. Card account debits in excess of EUR 150 made before card cancellation are covered by the Bank (under the Electronic Payment Instruments Act), which also assumes full liability for transactions done after the card was cancelled.
