"Dear Customer, we inform that the mortgage loan application has been processed" - this is the text that Bank Millennium sends to customers to inform them about its decision. Also the loan disbursement information will be sent in a text message.

Bank Millennium continues to improve processes and keeps customers informed about important stages of the credit process. Persons applying for a mortgage loan will get a text informing about loan approval 24 hours after the analyst has taken the decision. A text about loan disbursement will be sent to the Customer in real time, after the loan proceeds have been transferred according to the customer's instructions.

Applying for a mortgage loan is naturally the most complicated process, which the average Customer encounters in a bank.
