The Loan secured on assets is perfect for people who have investments or savings with the Bank in various asset classes and urgently need cash. Rather than redeem TFI participation units or prematurely terminate a term deposit - by taking the Loan secured on assets you can improve liquidity at short notice, not losing gains by prematurely terminating an investment or savings product. It is a very important advantage of the Loan secured on assets, especially with the market the way it is now, when redeeming TFI participation units is done at very low prices and results in losing the opportunity to make up for this loss in the future.
Benefits
The Loan secured on assets is a highly flexible product and it can be adapted to satisfy the individual needs of every customer:
- The loan is granted in PLN, EUR, USD, CHF and it may be secured with products in a different currency,
- The asset to back the loan may belong to the borrower or to a third person if agreed,
- Loan term from 7 days to 12 months,
- Loan repayment in equal monthly interest and principal instalments,
- During validity of the loan its currency may be converted or the term may be extended.
