Direct debit

A simple, safe and quick way to pay recurrent bills in varying amounts, such as electricity or telephone bills.


Have the Bank pay your monthly bills for you. You will continue to receive the bill, but taking care of the payments themselves will now be the Bank's job.
You just need to make sure there is enough money on your personal account.

Direct Debit with no downsides to it:

  • saves money,
    Activating the service and making the transfers is free-of-charge!
  • convenient and time-saving
    After activating the service, which is very simple, your supplier and the Bank will take care of the payments for you,
  • punctuality of payment
    Your supplier whom you are supposed to pay will now make sure the payment is done on time; there is no risk of delay and penalty interest,
  • control and full access to information
    You will get information about the direct debit payments every month in your statement of account. You will also get the bill from your supplier/service provider.


Remember that if for any reason you decide to cancel an executed payment, you can reverse the transfer unconditionally within 30 calendar days.
The transferred amount will appear again on your account within a day.

Activating the service and making the transfers is free-of-charge!


You can activate the direct debit service in any Millennium branch or in Customer Service of your supplier.

 

  • Fill-in the direct debit form, which you will receive from your supplier,
  • After activating the service, the bills will continue to be sent to you and your Bank will also get electronic instructions to make the payment,
  • On payment date the Bank will debit your account with the billed amount.
