Object and scope of MilleZdrowie insurance:

  • the accident insurance covers payment of benefits in case of permanent disability or death of the Person Insured in a means of transport
  • the insured person has 7/24 accident insurance cover against accidents occurring anywhere in the world,
  • the sum insured is PLN 15 000,
  • the insurance cover starts after signing of a declaration of participation and paying the contribution, with its duration depending on the Person Insured - the insurance continues provided that the contribution is being paid on time,
  • the assistance service involves availability to the Person Insured of a medical and general helpline with information concerning Poland, operated by consultants from the Generali Information Centre, available 365 days in a year from anywhere in the world by calling: 022 521-05-91,
  • the detailed scope of information provided by the Medical and Family Helpline is stipulated in T&C,
  • monthly contribution is merely PLN 1.99 and is debited automatically from the current account.
