Security
Our mobile application is a safe way to access banking products and services.
- Access to the application is protected with a personal 4-digit PIN code,
- After 3 failed attempts the PIN code is blocked (PUK is needed to reset the PIN. PUK for a device can be obtained in Millenet),
- Domestic transfers and mobile top-ups performed via the application must be confirmed with the Mobile Password that can be defined and changed only in Millenet,
- After 3 failed attempts the Mobile Passwords is blocked and can be reset only in Millenet,
- The application automatically locks after 2 minutes of idle time. To continue using it a user must enter the PIN code.
- Communication between the application and the Bank system is encrypted,
- The amount of transactions submitted via the mobile application is limited daily to 10 000 PLN (the limit applies to domestic transfers and mobile top-ups).
Security rules
- Do not disclose your application access PIN code or your Mobile Password to anybody,
- Do not store your PIN code or your Mobile Password in open text on your phone,
- Make sure your PIN code is not easy to guess. Avoid simple combinations e.g. same digits (1111) or sequences (1234),
- You application access PIN should be different from the phone PIN,
- Your Mobile Password should differ from your Password1 and should be difficult to guess,
- If you lost the device with the application installed, deactivate this device in Millenet. If you have no access to the computer, call TeleMillennium and request blocking of the Mobile banking channel,
- If you use an Apple device, make sure that in iTunes you synchronize your device with, the option "Encrypt iPhone backup"/"Encrypt iPad backup" is checked and the password is set.
