Unlock/change P@ssword 1
You can cahnge your P@ssword 1 on your own using the appropriate profile function in Millenet.
System validates if the chosen password is secure. If the password is classified as "weak" for example consisting of the same characters or repeatable combination of these chracters the system will require user confirmation or a different password. Client can set up the reminder for password change, however the chosen period cannot be shorther than 60 days.
Three consecutive failed attempts to log in will automatically block the access to Millenet. In order to restore the access pleas call Tellemillennium 801 24 HELP (801 24 4357).
In case when you forget your P@ssword1, new password can be obtained in any branch of the Millennium Bank.
After the the client recieves envelope containing P@ssword1, during the log in process the system will force the password change. After printing out the P@ssword 2 and successful login to Millenet the system will enable to define the mobile number for SMSP@sswords.
